I've applied wisdom from world-leading mentors, authors and speakers as well as the awareness and wisdom gained from my own self reflection from my life journey, which involved much trial and error.
Faced with a situation in 2021, where the only way was up after hitting absolute rock bottom, I developed a growth mindset, to embrace my mistakes, by recognising the lessons and gifts that they gave me, and further develop my strengths.
